Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! We never include an invoice in the package so you need not worry about that. You can also select the delivery address to be sent to a different location to the billing address when checking out. You can also email us once you’ve ordered if you want us to include a special note to your recipient.

Do we sell gift vouchers?

Unfortunately at this point in our business we do not offer gift vouchers. We have received requests for this option and are working on offering them in the near future. Should you wish to purchase something as a gift you are more than welcome to.

Do you test on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals at all. We can also safely say that none of our ingredients are tested on animals either, based on feedback from our suppliers. We do however ALWAYS test a batch on ourselves before being confident of the quality.

Are you gluten free?

Some of our products, namely the bath soaks, contain oats, but the other product ranges do not. We are however not a gluten free facility and cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination of gluten.

Essential oils and pregnancy?

Essential oils may have the ability to affect a sensitive growing fetus or initiate contractions of the uterus (known as Emmenogogues) and are to be used in dilution and with caution. Although most of our products are made using a low concentration of essential oils we still err on the side of caution.

Reactions and allergies?

Whilst we endeavor to be as natural as possible, we recommend to test and read ingredient lists before purchasing or buying the products. We will always list the full ingredients on the website. Should you have known allergies or sensitivities you will need to take this into consideration. Make sure YOU know what works best for YOUR skin.

Why does my tub/shower floor get oily?

This is due to the coconut oil and essential oils in the bath bombs, salts and soaks. We do not use excessive amounts so there should not be too much slipperiness but please err on the side of caution when getting in and out of your tub/shower.

When will I receive my order?

Once payment has been received we will prepare and send out the package within 2-3 days. Depending on your delivery location, the courier may take between 3-4 days to deliver.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this stage we are only an online store and we accept credit/debit payment via Payfast and EFT payments, for which the banking details are sent when an order is placed.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the products we will only accept open returns if the package is damaged. We will accept unopened returns still in their original packaging, however please refer to our terms and conditions for detailed procedures.
